SHIPPING + DELIVERY
At MPI, we do our very best to deliver your purchase according to the highest standards. Each delivery is completed by experienced delivery service providers with flat rates based on your delivery area — Local, National, Extended or Alaska/Hawaii. We also provide Standard Delivery Shipping for smaller items, as well as 2nd-Day and Next-Day Rush Delivery services. Most of our furniture items will be delivered to your home using experienced delivery service providers.
Please inspect your delivered merchandise and provide a signature upon receipt of your order. When ordering, please provide a daytime telephone number to schedule your delivery.
United States
Most US orders for small items are shipped via UPS in 3-7 business days. In stock furniture will be delivered in 2-3 weeks in most metropolitan areas in the continental US. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday.
Canada
All items ship to Canada from the US. We will add a flat 20% charge to your order to cover shipping, handling, duty and brokerage. Free shipping offers listed on our website are not applicable to shipments to Canada.
All applicable combined federal and provincial sales tax rates will be charged to the customer upon receipt of the merchandise based upon the shipping destination. All provinces except British Columbia, Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland have 5% GST (Goods & Services Tax) added to all orders.
The following provinces have PST (Provincial Sales Tax) added to all orders: Saskatchewan (5% PST), Manitoba (7% PST) and Prince Edward Island (10% PST). British Columbia has 12% HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) added to all orders. Ontario, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland have 13% HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) added to all orders. Nova Scotia has 15% HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) added to all orders. Quebec has 9.5% QST (Quebec Sales Tax) added to all orders. These applicable tax rates are subject to change.
For the Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto or Vancouver metropolitan areas, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of items currently in stock. For other metropolitan areas, please allow 5-6 weeks for delivery of items currently in stock. Rush delivery services are not available for Canada. International Deliveries

2nd-Day & Next-Day Rush
For an additional $15 per address, we can ship orders received by noon PST (Mon-Fri) to arrive in 2 to 3 business days. For an additional $25 per address, we can ship orders received by noon PST (Mon-Fri) to arrive the next business day. Rush delivery is not available for furniture, APO/FPO addresses, PO boxes, or Canada. Overnight delivery is not currently available.
